R.P. Grow Tec Innovations Ltd. (the “Company” or “we”) is an Israeli company specializing in Ag-Tech.

We are dedicated to ensuring accessibility of the Company’s Website to all users, in order to guarantee that all people will be able to benefit from equal access to the Company’s services. The Company makes great efforts to ensure that the Company’s Website will be equipped with the necessary accessibility adjustments thanks to which disabled persons will be able to enjoy all the services provided, without the need for assistance of third persons and on an equal footing.

 

1. Accessibility Adjustments on Website.

The Company operates in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (5758-1998) and the regulations established pursuant thereto.

The accessibility adjustments on the Company’s Website were made in accordance with the instructions contained in “Chapter C: Internet Services” of the 2013 Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (TI 5568) for content accessibility on the Internet at AA level and the international WCAG 2.0 document (subject to the changes and adjustments made in the Israeli Standard document).

The Company’s Website supports the use of assistive technologies, such as screen reader software, and keyboard navigation using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys to move between links, the arrow keys, the Enter key to select, the Esc key to exit menus and windows, and pressing H or a number key to move between headings.

The Company’s Website utilizes a dedicated plugin, “One Click Accessibility”, which provides the following features:

– Increase/decrease of text size: appears in the plugin under “Change Font” with the -A and +A buttons.
– Readable font: a dedicated button exists in the plugin (“Readable Font”).
– Highlighting links: appears in the plugin as “Highlight Links” (in this document defined as “Underline Links”).

The Company’s Website is reviewed once a year to ensure ongoing compliance.

2. Optimal Applicability for Website Accessibility.

The Company’s Website can be browsed in an optimal and accessible way using common browsers. It is recommended to use Firefox / Edge / Chrome browsers and the NVDA / Jaws / Voiceover screen reader software.      

We continue our efforts to improve the accessibility of the Company and the Company’s Website as part of our commitment to enable access to our services to everyone. However, specific parts of the Website may at times be found to be inaccessible, due to technical faults, software updates, or for other reasons.   • Parking: Near the office there are public parking spaces dedicated to individuals with disabilities. Additionally, we have a parking space close to the office that can be reserved if needed.
  • Access to the Office: There is smooth access from the pavement to the entrance of the office (wheelchairs can access the entrance with a ramp). 
  • Office: Our office is located on the ground floor. The parking area is conveniently situated on this floor. The office has a sitting area.
